Beautiful Simplicity
The After app design beautifully combines a minimal and modern aesthetic, emphasising clean lines and bold colours complemented by soothing neutral tones. We recognise the importance of intuitive navigation, which is why our interface prioritises simplicity and features strong, playful typography. Our creative options for customisable profiles are designed with inclusivity in mind, ensuring that every user feels represented, valued, and truly at home within the app.
Unapologetically Romantic
The brand showcases a vintage blend of collage media and organic illustrations, featuring authentic and intimate photography, vivid colours, and diverse typography. It aims to connect with people and express romance fearlessly and unapologetically.
Let’s Get Technical
For the development of the After App we used TypeScript and built our cross-platform application (including both iOS and Android) on top of React Native. The project leverages Expo technologies to simplify the complex tasks of daily app builds and releases. Additionally, we utilise EAS Update to deliver hotfixes in critical situations without waiting for App Store review.
